Therapist-Led Coaching

Jessica Charles is a clinically licensed therapist in Ontario, Canada. In addition to therapy, coaching offers American and Canadian clients resources and compassionate guidance to help individuals who want to find coping mechanisms and behavioral regulation techniques in a solution-focused setting.

Her undergraduate studies in Biological and Social Anthropology at the University of Toronto gave her an understanding of human behavior within cultural and social contexts. Afterwards, she completed a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology (CRPO #18465) while working with non-profits to support individuals navigating crisis, including addiction recovery, neurodivergent/ ADHD burnout, refugee displacement, and adolescents in foster care systems.

Working with community services and her studies has developed a trauma-informed, systems-based approach to care that integrates clinical insight with advocacy and compassion.

Her coaching style integrates solution-focused interviewing that can help identify immediate concerns. Coping and interpersonal skills coaching can help prevent burnout and create an instruction manual for difficult times.
